Programmes we have designed range from introductory "Wild Walls" sessions, to long-term artist-in-residencies, linking schools with communities in cross-cultural dialogues.

The unique qualities offered by Tape Art in educational environments are:

Versatility – Gymnasiums, corridors, carpets, walls, windows – all can be temporary canvasses.

1:1 Scale – Many students discover a facility for drawing life-sized. They can now directly relate to themselves and the world around them. This immediacy provides a structure for the problem-solving inherent in drawing.

Collaborative – Students are encouraged and enabled to work independently and inter-dependently.

Empowerment – Because of their scale and visibility, tape drawings are high-impact and give temporary ownership of environments.

Commitment-free – Tape lines can be placed and replaced, freeing up artists from the 'fear-factor' of getting it right first time.

Fleeting – It is rare to be able to offer temporary visual arts participation that is performative. Images become powerful by making spaces resonate with vitality as they capture a unique moment.

Accessible – The strength and manual dexterity required to draw with tape is open to virtually anyone, including the very young and many physically handicapped students.
